FULLERTON, CA-The audio products manufacturer has inked a 5-year lease to occupy 20,410 sf at the Fullerton Business Park. Encompassing 216,706 sf, the recently completed industrial complex stands at the corner of Moore Avenue and Gilbert.
ANAHEIM, CA-The new tenant, Lee Ah Sheng Enterprises Ltd., has inked a six-year lease to occupy a 50,160-sf industrial facility here. The new space, which will house the company's Southern California headquarters, is twice the size of Lee Ah Sheng's current site.
FULLERTON, CA-Dallas-based Staton Wholesale will relocate its West Coast warehouse and distribution facility to the newly leased site, which stands at 2100 Valencia Drive. Staton will take 87,000 sf at the 268,000-sf industrial building.
FULLERTON, CA-Granite Investment Group LLC acquires the 136-unit property, known as the Lake Apartments. The company plans to invest $1.4 million in capital improvements to the property, which was 97% occupied at the time of sale.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The locally-based REIT says total assets are expected to reach $4 billion by the end of second quarter 2002 and exceed $5 billion by the end of the year's fourth quarter. The company plans to acquire around $1 billion of mortgage loans during the second quarter, which will be held in its long-term mortgage investment portfolio.
SAN CLEMENTE, CA-Trabuco Marketplace LLC has acquired the 51,023-sf parcel. It is leased to Sav-on, which will break ground on a new store here by the end of the year.
