LAS VEGAS, NV-More than 45,000 Las Vegas hotel and casino workers may go on strike if their contract negotiations are not settled by June 1. Meanwhile, talks continue between the unionized workers and the four principal casino owners, MGM Mirage, Mandalay Resort Group, Park Place Entertainment and Harrah's Entertainment.

SANTA ANA, CA-Professional Real Estate Services Inc. snaps up the two-story building, which encompasses 33,335 sf. The seller, TMP Parkcenter Ltd., plans to lease back a portion of the facility.

IRVINE, CA-The Irvine-based LLC acquires nine executive suite centers and leaseholds for $2 million from Great Offices Inc. dba American Office Centers. With this acquisition, The Bascom Group and its wholly owned affiliate Premier Business Centers will be one of the largest privately held owners of executive suites in Southern California.

IRVINE, CA-Encompassing 68,000 sf, the recently completed building is the second major facility to be built within the UC Irvine Biomedical Research Center. The Robert R. Sprague Family Foundation Hall includes 36,000 sf of open laboratory and support space, in addition to the state's only Cancer Genetic Network Center.
