SAN DIEGO-Ohio-based investor Square Foot XIV acquires the building, which stands at 17170 Bernardo Center Dr., occupied by 24 Hour Fitness. 24 Hour Fitness is a long-term tenant here, having inked a 20-year lease here in 1992.
