LAS VEGAS-General Growth Properties executives are preliminarily considering an expansion of the company's 1.9 million-sf Fashion Show mall on the Strip. Some of the possibilities include a hotel-casino or residential addition. General Growth acquired the mall last year as part of its $12.6 billion purchase of the Rouse Co. Rouse had recently completed a $1 billion renovation of the center that double its square footage.
