California development is definitely looking better than it did a couple of years ago. The most recent <b>Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast</b> showed that more than half of the real estate professionals they surveyed had some stage of commercial real estate development plans in the pipeline.Right now the hottest market in the state is the Silicon Valley because of the strong technology industry that region is known for.
