ATLANTA-A Fulton County Superior Court ruling clears the site for the construction of two office towers on three acres of the 47-acre venture near the Lindbergh MARTA station, about seven miles north of Downtown Atlanta.

Scheduled opening: Fourth quarter. Area rents are $15 to $17 psf.
ATLANTA-The $84 million span will cross the Downtown Connector--Interstate 75 and Interstate 85--and link the 140-acre, mixed-use Atlantic Steel Center downtown to Midtown.
ATLANTA-Column Financial, a local firm, believes in the area's viability for high-tech office space. The Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette company has invested $3.8 million in permanent financing for Stove Works, an intown commercial loft building.
ATLANTA-The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. is negotiating to develop a 200-room hotel with million dollar-plus condominiums on the upper floors, smack dab in the middle of Midtown. The site is Midtown Square at Peachtree and Tenth Streets, a planned 2 million-sf mixed-use project by Dewberry Capital Corp. The estimated construction cost of the hotel shell alone is $40 million.
ATLANTA-The centerpiece at the Columbus Park project will be the 750,000-sf, 50-store Columbus Park Crossing shopping center. The construction cost will be at least $100 million. The economic impact will create more than 1,000 new jobs; generate over $150 million in annual sales; and deliver about $8.5 million in annual property and sales tax revenues.
