PHOENIX—LGE Design Build has completed construction on Papago Tech, a 63,000-square-foot research, development and manufacturing shell building near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Arizona State University.

PHOENIX—CBRE has completed the sale of a rental property in North Central Phoenix. The former multifamily rental property will be converted to townhomes for sale.

PHOENIX—ABI Multifamily announced the sale of the Historic Power Apartments located in Phoenix. Originally built in 1914 as apartments, the property was converted and has been run as an office building for many years.

TUCSON—Berkadia has closed on three multifamily properties in Tucson. Senior managing director Art Wadlund and associate Clint Wadlund of the Tucson office negotiated the transactions.

PHOENIX—Hines recently sold Chandler Viridian's hotel pad to Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company of Raleigh, NC, to develop a Cambria Hotels & Suites.

PHOENIX—Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. negotiated a long-term industrial lease on behalf of First Commons landlord Enright Capital, Ltd., of Calgary, relocating an American Building Supply, Inc. facility and bringing the property to 94% occupancy.
