TUCSON—Berkadia closed the sale of The Place at Tierra Rica, a multifamily property located at 3201 and 3225 W. Ina Rd. in Tucson. The buyer was Aspen Square of West Springfield, MA. The seller was MC Companies of Scottsdale.
PHOENIX—DTZ announces that East Village at Shea LLC, a company formed by YAM Properties, LLC, purchased Village at Shea, a 117,025-square-foot retail center at 7366 E. Shea Blvd., for $32.5 million.
PHOENIX—Sonoran Ridge and the adjacent 100-room, Day's Inn Motel were purchased by Lennar Multifamily Communities for a combined purchase price of $11.5 million. The 6.7 acre site is set to be redeveloped into a 399-unit apartment community featuring four levels of apartments stacked on top of podium parking and 4,242 square feet of ground floor retail space.
