BOCA RATON, FL-Boca Raton Florida Investment LP bought the building from Boca II Associates Ltd. The all-cash sale, which translates to $260 per sf, sets a record for South Florida multi-tenant buildings exceeding 100,000 sf, according to a broker involved.
