NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-The locally based REIT received indication from the grocery store chain that its 16 Winn-Dixie locations, 13 of which are in Florida, will not be included in the stores the company recently announced it will close.
MIAMI-A $600,000 renovation has been done to the lobby area and sales center portion of the Everglades Hotel, which exists on the project site. The 7,000-sf sales center includes kitchen and bathroom models, and a scale model of the project.
