PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-The plan includes a 144,000-sf Nordstrom, a 90,000-sf Macy's expansion, a 35,000-sf Saks Fifth Avenue expansion and new stores Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co. and Tommy Bahama. Construction at the Forbes Co.-owned the Gardens of the Palm Beaches mall is to begin later this year.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The locally based developer sold the class A common stock for $24.50 a share. The offering is expected to raise net proceeds of about $115 million, to be used for subsidiary growth and operations, among other uses.
