PEMBROKE PINES, FL-The 15-year-old plaza is an investment to buyer Capriccio Plaza LLC of Palm Beach County. PJB Management Inc. of Miami sold the 37,289-sf shopping center for approximately $130.06 per sf.
MIAMI-The real estate investment trust based here is working with CVS developer Cedarwoods and construction firm Tri-C on the project, which they expect will be finished by the end of the year. The project's construction cost is about $3.7 million.

DELRAY BEACH, FL-E.B.J. Holdings LLC paid MDN Lake Ida Inc. about $85.62 per sf for the 80,000-sf retail plaza. Tenants at the 90% occupied plaza include House of Appliances, Oxford Academy, Black Sheep Inn and Nobel Learning Center.<p>
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-The company, which has made three South Florida acquisitions in seven months, is also planning to build a 335,000-sf mixed use shopping center and a 200,000-sf shopping center expansion later this year.
MIAMI-Schapiro Associates of Bay Harbor Islands, FL, has been hired to design the planned 30-story residential tower on the south bank of the Miami River. The project is being developed by B&B Development Services.
