The property, which Texas Instruments owns, consists of 966,000 sf of buildings off Route 123. As part of the deal, Preferred will build a 220,000-sf facility that it will lease back to Texas Instruments.
LEXINGTON, MA-Centra Software leases 53,000 sf at 430 Bedford St. in Lexington Office Park, a 160,000-sf, two building complex located at the interchange of Route 128 and Route 4. The company, which develops online business collaboration solutions, will use the space as its corporate headquarters.
REVERE, MA-Mass Highway proposes widening Route 1 through Revere and Malden from Copeland Circle to Route 999. The move will allow Roseland Property Co. to move forward with the second phase of its redevelopment of the former Rowe Quarry property.

BOSTON-Recently released hotel numbers for the month of July indicate that both occupancy rates and revenue per available room are up. Much of the increase is being attributed to the Democratic National Convention, but a number of other smaller conventions are being given credit as well.
