WOBURN, MA-National Development and Angelo, Gordon & Company, closes on the $80.5 million sale of 225-235 Presidential Way, a 440,130 sf office complex leased in its entirety to Raytheon Co. A client of Morgan Stanley acquired the property.

WALTHAM, MA-The city receives the go-ahead to borrow the funds necessary to acquire a 47-acre parcel on Trapelo Road being sold by the Archdiocese of Boston. The property is one of the city's last remaining pieces of undeveloped land.

BOSTON-The Boston Redevelopment Authority authorizes an agreement for a property transfer that will enable Partners HealthCare to build up to 600,000 sf of medical facilities, including research space, in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Partners has begun negotiations with LDA Acquisitions to acquire the property.

BOSTON-Ruth's Chris Steak House plans to open its first restaurant here. The New Orleans based-steak house chain signed a 10-year lease for 12,000 sf in the Old City Hall building in space formerly occupied by Maison Robert.

EASTON, MA-Queset on the Pond apartments, a 99-unit, multifamily, garden-style complex nails down $10 million in permanent financing. Fantini & Gorga, an affiliate of Boston-based Eastern Bank, arranged the loan with a major insurance company.

WALTHAM, MA-Oscient Pharmaceuticals Corp., a biopharmaceutical company, leases 31,501 sf at 1000 Winter St. in a relocation of its corporate headquarters. The building is within Bay Colony Corporate Center--a four building 980,000 sf office campus that is now 93% occupied.

WABAN, MA-Partners Home Care sells its one-acre parcel at 1589 Beacon St. to World Realty and Development for $1.3 million. The Newton-based real estate investment and development company plans a residential reuse for the property.
