BOSTON-The Jesuits sell the former Boston College High School to Harrison Commons LLC, a joint venture of Robert F. Walsh, of RF Walsh & Co., and Robert N. Kenney, of Kenney Development, for $11.8 million. The new owners plan to convert the building into 60 condominiums.
BOSTON-The two four-story brick apartment buildings are located at 89-95 Park Dr. in the Fenway neighborhood. The buildings, which total 48 units, were originally constructed in the early 1900s and underwent a complete renovation by the current owner in the mid 1980s.
BEVERLY, MA-Two projects totaling 74 units get town approval. The former Edwards School is being redeveloped by Symes Associates into a 28-unit condo building, while Roof Investors is redeveloping the former Pisani's market on Rantoul Street into a 46-unit condo building.

BEDFORD, MA-Opta Foods Ingredients Inc. sells 25 Wiggins Ave. to Toxikon Corp. for $4.8 million. Opta Foods previously fully occupied the building and will now share the space with the new owner.
WILMINGTON, MA-The Praedium Group LLC and Griffith Properties LLC purchase the buildings and 16 acres of developable land at 200 Ballardvale St. in a joint-venture deal. Belgium-based Agfa-Gevaert sold the property for just under $19.3 million.
MEDFIELD, MA-The redevelopment of the 225-acre former Medfield State Hospital property took a surprising turn when consultants the town hired to evaluate the site said that the project would need up to 600 units. The town wanted much less density in the redevelopment project.
CAMBRIDGE, MA-Smithsonian Astrophyical Observatory leases 81,500 sf of office and research and development space in a new 150,000-sf building to be constructed at Cambridge Discovery Park. The facility is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2005.
ANDOVER, MA-The SpringHill Suites Boston Andover hotel is going on the auction block in a move that is indicative of a hotel market that is still struggling. The 136-room hotel, located at 550 Minuteman Rd., is owned by Thayer Lodging.
CAMBRIDGE, MA-Beacon Capital Partners sells One First Street, a six-story, eight-building complex totaling 269,793 sf located to Leggat McCall Properties in a joint venture with ING for $14.4 million. The complex will be converted into a residential community with 199 units.
