QUINCY, MA-Lincoln Property Co. sells the Residences at Presidents Place, a 200-unit apartment development site, to Intercontinental Real Estate Fund IV, LLC for $5.2 million. The site is the final phase in Presidents Place, a 349,000-sf mixed-use development owned by Lincoln Property.
WESTBOROUGH, MA- Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. purchases 9 Technology Dr., a 250,000-sf, Class-A office building here. The two-story, single-tenant building is 100% leased by EMC. Wells acquired One Brattle Square this past February, a 98,069 sf office building in Cambridge.
BOSTON-Care Group-Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center renews its lease for 52,669 sf of office space at 109 Brookline Ave., a 300,000-sf office, telecom and laboratory building located in the heart of the Longwood Medical Area.
LEXINGTON, MA- Lexington Technology Park, the 631,000-sf master-planned office and research park, lands a second tenant as Hypnion signs on for 33,647 sf of space. The town recently approved the plan to proceed with development of the site, which will include three to five buildings.

FOXBORO, MA-The Maguire Group relocates to 33 Commercial St. with a 35,000-sf lease. The architectural, engineering and planning and construction management firm, which is subleasing the space from Invesys' Foxboro Cos. division, is moving from 48,000 sf at 225 Foxboro Blvd.
NATICK, MA-Nordstrom, the Seattle-based specialty retailer, will open its first Greater Boston area store in the Natick Mall. The company is leasing 144,000 sf for a two-level store which is tentatively scheduled to open fall 2006 or spring 2007.
CAMBRIDGE, MA-In a deal that is indicative of a recent trend among area investors, Crescent Heights acquires CambridgeSide Apartments, a 104-unit Class A apartment community, for $24.7 million. The company plans to convert the units into condominiums.
BOSTON-Three tenants sign on at 116 Huntington Ave. for a total of 15,195 sf. The 268,672 sf building, located in the city's Back Bay adjacent to Copley Place and across from the Shops at the Prudential Center, is now 91% occupied.
BURLINGTON, MA-Management Technology Inc. leases 6,800 sf at 200 Wheeler Rd. The Fairfax, VA-based company recently acquired a division of ACS Defense and was looking to relocate the new division on Route 128 near Hanscom Airport.
