NANTUCKET, MA-The University of Massachusetts plans to sell 110 acres of land on Nantucket Harbor to the Nantucket Conservation Foundation for $20 million. NCF wanted to acquire the property to prevent it from being developed. The deal needs legislative approval.
MASHPEE, MA-Roche Bros. opens its first Cape Cod store in South Cape Village, a 160,000-sf retail development. The 42,000-sf store will be the 16th in the state for the Wellesley, MA-based grocery store chain.

BILLERICA, MA-Fulfillment America leases 120,000 sf at 17 Progress Rd. The national e-commerce and marketing support service provider is relocating and expanding from its former location in Wilmington. The deal represents the entire stand-alone building.
