AUSTIN-The Medical Institute for Sexual Health successfully caps a search for more space by gaining control of Westlake Oaks B, a 12,000-sf building that wasn't on the market. The buy comes with a tenant.

ROUND ROCK, TX-APS Automation Plus Systems becomes the fifth tenant in the developing Round Rock business park. The tenant's broker says the signing ends a two-year search for a suitable site.

AUSTIN-Cycle Solutions moves across town with a 3,295-sf office lease for the northwest submarket. Meanwhile, a law firm decides to keep its office in the Jefferson Building at 1600 W. 38th St.

AUSTIN-First Air Express becomes the first tenant in a 135,000-sf building as it signs one of the largest deals this year in Austin. First Air takes 59,400 sf for five years at McKall1 in the city's north central submarket.

AUSTIN-Austin Centre gets about 5,900 sf in renewals from SWS Group and J. Stern while Frost Bank Plaza gets the Cammack & Strong law firm, which has signed a new deal for a 2,099-sf office spot.
