Harbert Management Corporation (HMC) has announced its final close on the Harbert Seniors Housing Fund II with total equity commitments coming to approximately $510 million.

The company has promoted Emma Giamartino to lead its merger and acquisition activities, globally.

The company has also made additional promotions to the following positions to bolster its construction, finance and property management teams.
