The Class A property, with 34,500 square feet of ground floor retail space, is expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
Summit reports that the six hotels traded will produce a net gain of $36.6 million. The six hotels in the markets of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Boston, Santa Barbara (CA), Dallas and Salt Lake City totaled 815 rooms.
First Washington reports that effective immediately, the asset will be rebranded and named Eden Prairie Village Shopping Center as a tribute to the local community.
