The Silverman Group, a family-owned and operated private equity and real estate development organization based in Basking Ridge, NJ, is growing its Atlanta industrial holdings.

The new Seoul office is Toronto-based Avison Young's 85th office globally, and is an additional step in the firm's ongoing aggressive global growth and expansion strategy. Full operations in Seoul will begin on Nov. 1, 2018, company officials state.

The ICSC has signed a full-floor lease for its global headquarters totaling 44,100 square feet at Mitsui Fudosan America's 1251 Avenue of the Americas.

The alternative office space provider will occupy five floors in the Midtown office tower as flexible space continues to be the Manhattan office market story.

The suburban migration downtown has slowed, but CBD activity was still high in the third quarter.

The brokerage firm reports that Susan Tjarksen, Todd Stofflet and Jason Stevens joined C&W as managing directors on Oct. 1 and are now based in the firm's office at 225 West Wacker Drive.

“This sale is the latest in a series of transactions in East Birmingham that have resulted in heavy value-add campaigns,” said C&W's Josh Jacobs.

The Norfolk-VA-based firm acquired the property in 2005 for $141.25 million.
