MIAMI-The county's overall vacancy rate and sublease availabilities increased, while net absorption stayed negative, Cushman & Wakefield's first quarter office report states. The Miami Beach submarket had the highest vacancy rate in the county at 33.6%.

MIAMI-The 33-story Brickell Bayview Centre here sold for $38.4 million, or about $134.93 per sf. The Arden Group sold the more than 86% leased building, which includes 15 parking garage levels.

MIAMI-The global investment group acquired the 272,914-sf, class A shopping center from Invesco Realty Advisors for about $190.53 per sf. The plaza is about 98% occupied, and the anchor tenants are Albertson's, Toys 'R' Us, LA Fitness and Office Max.
MIAMI-The company paid $7.4 million, or about $120.48 per sf, to Aneli Investments LLC for the building, located here at 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive in Waterford Park. Pars plans to occupy about two-thirds of the building.
