MIAMI-Businesses have downsized or closed offices in a market hit by 60,188 sf of negative absorption, according to C&W's first quarter office report for Palm Beach County. And while some submarkets experienced steady leasing activity, others saw vacancies soar.
MIAMI-A Chicago-based private investor is asking $11.25 million, or $87,890 per unit, for the South Miami Beach properties, which have a total of 128 units. The properties are near each other, and have undergone more than $1.6 million in renovations in the past year.

MIAMI-RK Causeway Plaza LLC bought The Causeway Plaza from Causeway Plaza Inc. for $14.85 million, and RK Biscayne Plaza LLC bought the Biscayne 162 Plaza from Biscayne 162 Corp. for $3 million.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Theodora Argyropoulos of Basil Oil Co. Inc. bought the retail plaza from Intuition Consolidated Group Inc. The 22,100-sf plaza, located here at 600 S. Federal Highway, is about 95% occupied.
