WEST PALM BEACH, FL-The buyer obtained $4.2 million in financing for the 41,429-sf, mid-rise Congress Center North building here, which is 100% leased to three tenants. SouthTrust Bank arranged the fixed-rate financing for the acquisition.

MIAMI BEACH-Locally based WSG Development plans to begin demolishing existing buildings on the future site of the 49-unit, two-story, single-building project in North Bay Village. The development is set to be completed in fall 2004.
