MIAMI-The company leased the space at Gratigny Industrial Park from Smith Terminal in a deal valued at about $2 million. Iberia World Foods is consolidating its Medley and North Dade locations to house a food warehousing and distribution facility.

MIAMI-The 30-story, 163-unit luxury condominium tower is scheduled to break ground in the second quarter in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The office is located across from the site of the development, at 401 E. Las Olas Blvd., in the new Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre.

MIAMI-Portable on Demand Storage leased the space in the 240,000-sf warehouse building at Northwest 97th Street and 112th Avenue from Dade Paper & Bag Co. The industrial lease is worth $700,000. PODS plans to occupy the space in June.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL-The 14-story, 88-residence condominium project is being developed here by J. Milton & Associates. The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2005 and the total sell-out price is $30 million.

MIAMI-The Illinois paper products distributor's lease is a 10-year renewal for 151,500 sf of industrial space at the Meridian Business Campus in Weston, FL. The lease value equates to approximately $4.75 per sf.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Lisa A. McKeon, who specializes in luxury condos, is heading up sales at the $55 million condominium project slated to break ground here this August. Judith Aqez is the new sales associate for the property.

MIAMI-City King Apartments LLC, Miami King Apartments LLC, the King's Apartments LLC and Paradise Apartments Inc.--all controlled by investor S. Chelminsky--bought the buildings for a total of more than $9.1 million from Kalla Investments and Kegi Investments.

MIAMI-The building, formerly occupied by beverage distributor J.J. Taylor Distributing, sold for $3.8 million, or $34 per sf. AMB Property is re-leasing the building, located on six acres at 3505 NW 107th St. in the Gratigny Industrial Park here.
