MIAMI-The redevelopment will involve demolishing a 10,000-sf building, a process that began Oct. 25; building a parking lot; renovating the 30-year-old former Jacobson's building; and building a 6,000-sf outparcel. The $3.5-million project is scheduled to be complete next summer.
MIAMI-The 332-bed center, estimated to cost as much as $45 million, is likely to go up in the southern part of Quantum Park in Boynton Beach, FL--despite local protests. It is expected to comprise four buildings and 104,662 buildable sf. First-phase construction is set to start early next year.
MIAMI-Weston, FL-based WF Developments sells a 7,000-sf and a 6,060-sf building to B&B Lakeview Realty Corp. and Bear Trust Inc., respectively. The assets will house each of the buyers' headquarters. The total sale price was $1.75 million.
MIAMI-The planned $35-million, 580,000-sf complex will consist of 169 apartments, 30,000 sf of office space, 30,000 sf of retail space and a 470-space parking garage. The project is expected to be completed in May 2004.
MIAMI-The automotive accessories manufacturer has leased 41,480 of warehouse, office and distribution space in Port 95 Commerce Center, next to its 40,000-sf headquarters. The new, 52-month lease is valued at $1 million.
MIAMI-The 14,973-sf Stanford Electronics and 2,011-sf Universal Land Title mid-term leases are valued at about $596,300 combined. Stanford Electronics is moving into the building; Universal re-signed in the 97%-occupied center.
MIAMI-The development, at an estimated hard construction cost of $20 million, will consist of 104 three-floor luxury townhouses on 12 acres. The project will replace the Kingsbridge Square retail center and the Carson's Steak and Ribs restaurant site, scheduled to be demolished early next year.
