MIAMI-Brokers for the 4.5 million-sf park signed six new office/warehouse leases for a combined 127,534 sf. Marlin Showcase Co., a new manufacturing business, leased the largest amount with 65,794 sf.

MIAMI-The estimated $11.78 million, eight-year sublease is the largest in two years in the Brickell Avenue financial district where the 31-story, 522,843-sf 1111 Brickell Avenue building will carry the Mellon Bank logo instead of the Barclays Financial Center signature.

MIAMI-The deal is a lease renewal at the Lakeview Center warehouses in Dania, FL, where the beach apparel manufacturer downsized from 22,685 sf. The seven-building, 210,045-sf warehouse complex is 91%-occupied.
