SUNRISE, FL-The medical services company has leased 8,538 sf at Sawgrass International Corporate Park for three years, a deal estimated to be worth close to $333,000. The company plans to locate there in October.
CORAL GABLES, FL-Lorenzo Ramos and Robin Garcia have joined the firm as project architects, while Tiffany Park joined as marketing director. The firm, based here, does architecture, master planning and interior design for health care, educational and transportation projects.
MIAMI-The personnel, which previously worked for CB Richard Ellis--the 55-story tower's former leasing and management firm--includes Tim Prunka, leasing director for the building; Tim Keable, general manager; as well as the building's management, accounting and engineering staff.
