MIAMI-The funding for the 11-building, more than one-million-sf park consisting mostly of office space and situated on 50.3 acres was provided through Lehman Bros. Bank FSB. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP secured the loan.
MIAMI-Joint venture Carlyle DK/Equity Florida LLC paid about $292,814 per unit to Gumenick Properties of Virginia for the 334-unit waterfront property on South Beach. The new owners plan to convert the rental property, built in 1997, into condominiums.
AVENTURA, FL-The construction loan is for the development of the Parc at Turnberry Isle, a luxury condominium community, being developed here, that will consist of two 22-story towers with a total of 111 units ranging from 1,425 sf to 1,825 sf.
BOYNTON BEACH-The Cornerstone Group developed the 312-unit Villa Del Sol garden-style community here in 2003. BF Group was the buyer and the sale price represented close to $116,025 per unit.
PALM BEACH, FL-The hotel REIT, based here, with affiliates of Wyndham International Inc., restructured the leases of five Summerfield Suites by Wyndham and one Sunrise Suites. Wyndham International affiliates have leased and managed these properties since June 1997.
MIAMI-PS Business Parks of Glendale, CA, purchased the 53-building park in December for $205 million. Cushman & Wakefield's Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Thomas Kresse will be working on the leasing campaign.
MIAMI-The luxury project will consist of 181 units as well as 8,500 sf of ground-floor retail space on 1.8 acres. The project aims to meet a demand for affordable condos, with one-bedroom units starting at $178,000 and two-bedroom units starting in the $200,000s.
FORT MYERS, FL-The yet-to-be-named project will consist of two towers each with approximately 170 units with prices ranging from $250,000 to $1.2 million. The project is Miami-based BAP's first Fort Myers project.
CORAL GABLES, FL-The mid-rise condominium development, planned here, will feature 28 tower residences and two three-story luxury villas. The sales center is located at 1940 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Pre-construction prices range from the $600,000s to $1 million.
MIAMI-After paying $12.5 million for the 27-acre site, Universe 2004 LLC is looking at several options for development, including industrial, retail, office and flex space. The land had been on the market for more than a year.
