DORAL, FL-The Jacksonville-based developer's decision to sell the 465-acre parcel here was spurred by improved property values. The land is near the firm's Flagler Station Business Park, the largest business park in South Florida.

AVENTURA, FL-Demand from potential buyers was behind the decision to convert Turnberry on the Green, which opened as a rental tower just a year ago. The project has 377 residences on 27 stories, and condo prices range from approximately $200,000 to $600,000.
AVENTURA, FL-The upscale waterfront community Aventura Marina will consist of 378 residences. It is being developed by the Related Group of Florida and the Easton Group. Phase one is set to break ground this quarter.
BONITA SPRINGS, FL-The fourth-quarter figure was $59.6 million, a jump from the $44.6 million for the same period in 2002. Meanwhile, diluted earnings per share and revenue also were up in the 2003 fourth quarter.
BOCA RATON, FL-Amera Corp. is planning to start the nine-story, 340,000-sf project in the fourth quarter. Plans call for an existing office building on the site to be demolished first. The new project will include up to 146 residential condo units, retail space and office condos.
MIAMI-Gulfside Development Co. Inc. is the developer of the $170-million mixed-use, re-urbanization project here, which will include 416 condo units and 125,000 sf of retail space. The project is scheduled to be completed in spring 2005.
MIAMI-The joint venture is developing the Sapphire, a $20-million, 14-story development here. The project will include 74 residences in the mid-price range. The project is set to break ground in early 2005.
MIAMI BEACH, FL-The Fontainebleau Hilton and Turnberry Associates are partnering to build the 314-residence, 18-story tower here. The two are also jointly developing the 36-story Fontainebleau II condominium-hotel, which is currently under construction.
