WEST PALM BEACH, FL-The Slade, a $60 million, 16-story, 200-unit development planned here, recently broke ground. The project, being developed by The Related Group of Florida, is scheduled to be completed in December 2004.
CORAL GABLES, FL-The locally based bank signed a 10-year lease for 44,000 sf of space, up from its current 18,767 sf. The bank, which becomes the building's largest tenant, also secured signage rights for the top of the building as well as rights for drive-thru lanes and a new ATM.
MIAMI-The locally based nut manufacturer and distributor has purchased its third facility in the city. Ital Florida Foods Inc. sold the almost 30,000-sf building to Barnard Nut for approximately $1.43 million.
DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Next Plumbing Supply and Shoprider Health Care signed leases for a total of 34,000 sf at the new park. The Broward County park currently has 353,000 sf of new industrial space and will offer 670,000 sf at full build-out.
MIAMI-The 15-story, 226-unit luxury condominium project here was recently completed, with prices ranging from $170,000 to about $300,000. Prospective buyers can preview the project on-site.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL-BAP Development Inc. expects the $55 million, 246-unit, eight-story luxury project to be delivered by December 2004. Prices start at $210,000, and the project is more than 82% sold.
MIAMI BEACH, FL-The real estate company based here has completed due diligence and deposited $25 million into escrow for the transaction. The transaction, subject to certain other approvals, is expected to close mid-2004.
MIAMI-Golden Glades Associates LLP paid about $65.03 per sf to Barrow Street CREC Crosspointe LP for the eight-building, 190,684-sf complex Crosspointe at Golden Glades. The complex is being renamed Golden Glades Office Park.
