DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-The company, a subsidiary of the Suddath Cos. based in Jacksonville, is moving its headquarters here from 75,000 sf in Pompano Beach. Suddath paid $2.1 million for 10 acres on which to build, and the project cost is estimated at $9 million.
COCONUT GROVE, FL-The CMC Group ultra-luxury condominium development will feature 151 large units that sell from $1.5 million to $5 million. The 32-story tower is scheduled to be completed in spring 2006.
HOLLYWOOD, FL-The Miami-based firm is designing buildings at varying heights, with the first-phase construction to begin next spring. The project will contain 500 multifamily units and 15,000 sf of retail space in all, has a $68-million sellout value for the 214-unit phase one.
