MIAMI-The developers of Metropolis at Dadeland, an under-construction project consisting of two 25-story towers, and Downtown Dadeland, a $140 million mixed-use complex, presented plans to the top 250 real estate professionals here.
MIAMI-The construction loan, through Bank of America, is to fund the downtown Miami waterfront condominium project One Miami. The development will feature 896 residences in two towers, 44 and 45 stories. The units are more than 90% sold.

MIAMI-The financing, from Fremont Investment and Loan, is to fund the construction of the luxury condominium development in Bal Harbour, FL. Bellini, a project of developer Martin Z. Margulies, will contain 81 estate-sized homes. It is set to be completed in September 2004.
