MIAMI-Interstate Hotels & Resorts signed a long-term contract to manage the 156-room Radisson Kendall Hotel and Suites, located on 22 acres at 9100 N. Kendall Ave. The property is owned by Kendall Hotel Resort Limited Partnership.
