SHIRLEY, MA-Innovative Marketing Resources leases 36,380 sf on Patterson Road. The project management and direct marketing company signed a 6-year lease for warehouse space in the newly constructed 60,000 sf building which is located near Routes 2 and 2A.
CAMBRIDGE, MA-Gene Logic Inc. leases 19,093 sf of biotech research/lab space in the Clark Building, a five-story, 122,000-sf biotech building located at 38 Sidney St. The building is in University Park at MIT, a 2.3-million-sf complex. With this deal, the park is 100% leased.
